Mix the following together and add to some prepared broccoli, sweet peppers, and cucumbers or your favorite vegetables: -3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil -1/4 cup balsamic vinegar -Salt -Fresh ground pepper -Optional extras: spoonful of whole grain mustard, minced shallots, minced garlic, minced fresh herbs, dried herbs, or some local honey.
